ECW President for Saint Paul
Maureen Claybon
Hello, I am Maureen Claybon, a faithful member of St. Paul Episcopal Church, Mason, TN. for over twenty years. My father was a true to heart Episcopalian. I serve as the President of Episcopal Church Women (ECW). I am the chairman of the annual Black History Program whereby other denominations are invited to attend in support of outreach activities. I serve as a lay reader on 1stnd and 3rd Sunday. I took pride in magnifying the beautification of the Church, Parish, and cemetery. Maureen shares that St Paul is a Church that represents a community family of bonded love.
ECW meets the first Sunday after service monthly.
Episcopal Church Women
Serving women and girls since 1871
Since 1871, the National Episcopal Church Women, ECW, have championed women’s rights and the Christian foundation of God and family. They are a ministry of the Episcopal Church and celebrate that Episcopalians believe in a loving, liberating, and life-giving God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Their women’s ministry and children’s programs feed, educate, and provide community grants around the world. They are a volunteer organization that creates a legacy for Episcopal Church Women to lead future generations with stewardship in Christ.
